Miss USA 2009 - The Return of the Teens!
Miss USA 2008 pageant has recently concluded with Crystle Stewart of Texas winning the national title. The Miss USA state pageants are going to start in a few months and former Teen USA contestants have always been one of my favourites at the nationals for the Miss. These are the TEENS I want to see and return for the Miss title because I think they have the potential to make it big in the nationals. Some of them have competed before but with no luck, hopefully this time will be their time to shine.

2001
- Marie-Lynn is definitely competing (yay!)
- Kathleen Lighthiser & Sarah Warner are married!
2002
-Since Ashley Bickford will only be giving up her RI crown in June-ish, it will be interesting to see if she is interested in competing again in the autumn. But if she does, she'd have a good chance of winning, and would become the seventh triple-crowner!
- Brittany Crews & Sheri Drach both competed in MAO last year (a lot of 2002 Teens did well in state MAO pageants last year). Brittany was also 1RU at Miss NC and if she competes this year she may well take it!
- Maichal McJunkin is married
2003
-Tye Felan is married. I think Brittany Jackson as well?
-From what I heard Jackie Pezzotta was not going to compete again but after Crystle won, who knows? She may think it was worth one more try.
-Nikki Carver surprised me by how awesome she looked at OK last year
-Definitely the rest would be awesome choices :)
2004
I love all these girls! Particularly Allie Gilliand.
- Meagan Winings would be a great rep for Nebraska but she really needs to style herself differently, she looked very teen-ified last year, needs to vamp it up a bit.
- Sonya Balmores is now a successful actress and I heard she wasn't going to be competing...
2005
- Sonja Garness & Latasha Lawrie are getting married this year. Shame, huh?! lol
- I love the rest of the girls you picked out :)
2006
- Love all of them, particularly Georgina Vaughan. There were some pics of Georgina with Riyo at Fashion Rocks the Universe, and honestly it looked like Georgina was the Miss Universe.

It's a shame that some of them can't compete anymore coz they're married. Girls I'm looking forward to compete again at state USA pageants are Jacklyn Pezzotta, Crystal Glidden and Ashley Bickford, I definitely agree with your Meagan Winings analysis (I think she just needs to grow older a bit and get more experience), Brittany Crews' heashot last year was awesome!, I can't believe Sonja Garness and Latasha Lawrie are getting married coz they both have that 'Miss USA' factor written all over them. Miss Georgia Teen USA 2006 is another girl I can't wait to compete at state Miss USA pageant coz she's such a doll...I think she was 15 years old when she competed at Miss Teen USA 2006 so we have to wait a few more years until she can compete.. :)

2006 - Liz Leyda was married and divorced in 2007!! She is no longer eligible
